It is a permanent QR, NFC, and printed ID tag that connects a physical pool to its record.
What does the public passport show?+
Basic pool details, equipment categories, service activity, recent test dates, condition, builder, and other approved public information.
What never appears publicly?+
The property address, owner name, and service schedule never appear on the public passport.
Does someone need the app to scan a pool?+
No. The scan opens a mobile web page. The app is needed for owner management and claiming.
Can a technician add a service record?+
Yes. A technician can submit work from the scan page and verify by email. The owner reviews it before it appears.
Can anyone report a safety concern?+
Yes. A person can choose a category and add an optional note without creating an account or sharing personal information.
What happens when a home sells?+
The record remains with the pool and can be transferred to the next owner.
How will beta access and pricing work?+
The app is currently in beta. Availability, plan details, and pricing will be shared before launch.
Can I buy the full report now?+
Not yet. The owner-approved Verified History Report is coming soon, and there is no checkout or price today.
What if a physical tag is not set up?+
Its scan page gives the owner short activation instructions instead of showing a broken or missing page.
